1.Bartender

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

Take customer orders and provide excellent service.

Check identification to ensure legal drinking age.

Manage bar stock and request supplies when needed.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a bartender (preferred).

Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Basic math skills for handling cash and measuring ingredients.

Minimum high school certificate (hospitality training is a plus).

2. Pastry Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist pastry chef in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.

Maintain cleanliness of baking area, utensils, and ovens.

Decorate pastries and ensure proper presentation.

Monitor stock of baking supplies and ingredients.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Certificate/diploma in baking, culinary arts, or related field (preferred).

Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and techniques.

Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.

Attention to detail and creativity in presentation.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and work long hours if required.

3. Station Sales (Sales Representative at a Station/Outlet)

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products/services at the station.

Greet and assist customers with product information.

Keep sales records and process payments.

Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves.

Achieve sales targets and report performance.

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products.

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.

Prior sales or customer service experience.

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge.

Ability to work with targets and under pressure.

High school certificate (business or sales training is a plus).

Honest and self-motivated.

4. Runner (Hospitality/Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to customers promptly.

Assist waitstaff with table service.

Clear tables and reset them quickly.

Support kitchen staff by fetching supplies when needed.

Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.

Ensure timely service during busy hours.

Qualifications:

No formal qualification required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Strong stamina and ability to move quickly.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to assist.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Cleaner

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Clean and sanitize, windows, furniture, and surfaces.

Dispose of trash and maintain waste bins.

Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.

Ensure high standards of hygiene in work areas.

Follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience in cleaning/janitorial work.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Attention to detail and reliability.

Physical fitness to handle cleaning tasks.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Cashier

Responsibilities:

Process customer purchases using POS systems.

Handle cash, credit/debit transactions accurately.

Issue receipts, refunds, and handle customer inquiries.

Maintain cash drawer balance at the start and end of shifts.

Assist with stock management near the counter.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.

Prior cashier or retail experience.

Basic math and computer skills.

Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in busy retail or hospitality environments.
