The Administration Officer will provide administrative support to ZAL Elevators Limited, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration tasks (filing, correspondence, data entry)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, mail)
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage employee records (updates, filing, etc.)
- Prepare minutes during board meetings and AGM
- Manage bid requirements and tender processes
- Coordinate renewals and compliance for EIZ, NCC, and other regulatory bodies
- Track contract expiry and renewals, ensuring timely updates and notifications
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office software
- Strong customer service skills
