We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily farm activities remotely. This role combines administrative management, communication, and operational coordination within an agricultural environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration and agriculture, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently while supporting farm operations virtually.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate digital records
- Coordinate communication between management and on-site farm staff
- Relay instructions, updates, and feedback clearly to team members
- Prepare reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Organize and maintain structured digital filing systems
- Support planning and coordination of farm operations remotely
- Monitor farm activities through reports, updates, and digital tools
- Track inventory, supplies, and assist with procurement coordination
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and assignments
- Manage emails, calls, messages, and correspondence professionally
- Assist in scheduling, task allocation, and workflow coordination
- Maintain clear documentation for accountability
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
- Background knowledge or experience in agriculture or farm operations (required)
- Proven experience in administrative work, coordination, or operations support
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Tech-savvy with ability to use digital tools
