WE ARE HIRING – Cashier

Company: Executive Laundry

Position: Cashier (2 Positions)

Location: Lusaka and Kitwe Offices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers and attend to inquiries professionally
  • Receive and tag laundry and dry-cleaning items accurately
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper customer records
  • Process cash, mobile money and other payments
  • Balance daily cash collections and prepare reports
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk
  • Coordinate with operations staff on customer orders and delivery timelines
  • Support stock control for detergents and front office supplies
  • Responsible for the daily care and proper usage of industrial washers, dryers and finishing equipment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in cashier/front desk work
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and point of sale systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, reliable and customer focused
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage
