Croydon Business Solutions is looking for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of land sales and available plots
- Track and manage client payments (instalments and balances)
- Update and organize client databases and property records
- Prepare reports on sales, payments, and land availability
- Handle customer inquiries (calls, messages, and walk-ins)
- Coordinate site information and documentation
- Ensure proper filing (both digital and physical records)
- Support daily office operations and team activities
- Be available for site visits
- Manage and track other businesses under Croydon Business Solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting/payment tracking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use computers (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
