Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of land sales and available plots
  • Track and manage client payments (instalments and balances)
  • Update and organize client databases and property records
  • Prepare reports on sales, payments, and land availability
  • Handle customer inquiries (calls, messages, and walk-ins)
  • Coordinate site information and documentation
  • Ensure proper filing (both digital and physical records)
  • Support daily office operations and team activities
  • Be available for site visits
  • Manage and track other businesses under Croydon Business Solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/payment tracking
  • Good communication skills
