JOB OPPORTUNITY – WAITERS & WAITRESSES

Ringroad View Lodge and Garden Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to fill the positions of Waiters and Waitresses.

📌 Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a restaurant, lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good grooming and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures will be an added advantage.

📋 Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
  • Serving food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly addressing customer concerns.
