Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers immediately.
Answer inquiries about products.
Recommend items to meet shopper needs.
Process cash and card payments.
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Operate a cash register or Point of Sale (POS) system.
Unpack, label, and arrange new stock.
Restock depleted shelves.
Build attractive product displays.
Sweep, mop, and dust the store.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Essential Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail or customer service experience.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality
