Sylva Food Solutions Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified Individuals to fill various positions that are vacant in our dynamic Company under the new hospitality establishment. Those who meet the requirements may apply for the following positions:

1. Head Food and Beverage

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability while maintaining high standards of service and hygiene. Their responsibilities include managing staff, developing menus, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications for Food and Beverage   

 

▪ Grade 12 Certificate

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Food Production, Diploma in Food and beverage

2. Head Sales and Marketing: 

To plan, control and implement sales and marketing plans and works to meet sales Able to research and develop various marketing strategies for products and services. Implement marketing plans and works to meet sales targets.

Self- motivated and fluent in at least three languages. 

Qualifications for Head Sales and Marketing

▪ Grade 12 certificate

▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, 

▪ Minimum of 5 Years’ work experience in a similar role, 

3. Lecturer – Food Production and Food & Beverage

Plan, develop, create, and deliver lectures make presentations; implement learning goals for students. Maintain and improve student evaluations.

Qualifications for Purchasing Assistant

▪ Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching Methodology and accredited to TEVETA

▪Diploma in Food Production and Diploma in Food and Beverage

▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

4. Human Resource Officer

To support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications for HRO

▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field, Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and regulations.

▪ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.

5. Assistant Stores officer

Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials within a store or warehouse. Maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and contributing to the efficient operation of the store's processes. Also receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, as well as fulfilling requests for materials from various departments.

Qualifications for Assistant Stores Officer 

▪ A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 

▪ Must be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)

▪ A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in stores management or inventory control

6. Sales Driver

Responsible for delivering products to customers while also promoting and selling additional products or services. To ensure timely deliveries, maintain customer relationships, and manage inventory on the vehicle.

Qualification for a Sales driver

▪ Grade 12 certificate, Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record, Driving Experience

▪ Excellent customer service and communication skills are crucial 

▪ Basic math

7. Waiter/Waitress

To welcoming guests and sitting them down, taking orders, answering the telephone and making reservations and monitor the guest waiting lists 

Qualifications for Waiter/Waitress

▪ Grade 12 school certificate, Certificate in food and Beverage and Food production, Minimum of 2 years’ experience
