On behalf of our client, a well-established construction company, Peza Job Zambia is looking for experienced and qualified individuals to fill the following positions:


1. Site Foreman (1 Position)


Requirements:


* Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising construction projects

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and regulations

* Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

* Must be a Registered Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

* Ability to read construction drawings, coordinate site teams, and deliver work to standard and deadline


Electricians (2 Positions)


Requirements:


* Minimum Craft Certificate in Electrical

* At least 3 years of experience in electrical installation and construction site work

* Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

* Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, troubleshoot, and work under minimal supervision

* Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with Zambian standards


Carpenters (5 Positions)


Requirements:


* Minimum Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery

* At least 3 years’ proven experience in construction carpentry, preferably in industrial settings

* Skilled in formwork, roofing, fittings, doors, and general woodwork

* Ability to deliver precise and quality work under pressure


4. Bricklayers (6 Positions)


Requirements:


* Minimum Craft Certificate in Bricklaying

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blockwork, alignment, plastering, and setting

* Must be familiar with building codes and safety protocols

* Ability to follow technical instructions and ensure structural quality


Work Location: Lusaka
