Position: Controller

Are you a Salesperson who’s just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a strategy meeting? We’re looking for a sharp, hands on controller to lead a sales team in a Telecommunications company.

We’re growing fast and need someone who can lead a team,rock-solid while helping us make smart, data-driven decisions and meeting set targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Recruit, train, lead a sales team to meeting monthly targets

-Incharge of stock distribution

-spearheading activations

-Reporting to management

-Partner with leadership on strategy and business planning

What We're Looking For:

-Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and mathematics is a must

- Diploma/Degree in business management/ administration,marketing,project management or any other related field

-conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel

-Proven experience in sales

-Great interpersonal skills

-Strong attention to detail, but also able to zoom out and see the big picture

-Someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done

-Great communicator who’s comfortable working with teams across the business
