What You’ll Do
CRM Data Management
Input and maintain client records, enrollment data, and sales activity in our CRM—100% accuracy is key
Perform regular data clean‑ups—identify duplicates, outdated info, and errors
Digitally archive client contracts, enrolment forms, and payment records
Lead Conversion & Sales Support
Engage leads via phone, email, and SMS to confirm interest and support conversions
Update client statuses and track all follow‑ups to ensure a seamless pipeline
Monitor and record progress at each sales stage: prospect → follow‑up → conversion
Reporting & Performance Insights
Generate and present daily/weekly CRM health and lead conversion reports
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales approaches
Client Engagement & Admin Duties
Handle basic client inquiries; escalate complex cases to the Student Advisor
Help schedule appointments, prepare sales materials, and support other admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
Education: Diploma in Business Admin, IT, Marketing, or related field (Degree is a bonus)
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word & Outlook
Experience or strong interest in CRM software
Soft Skills:
Excellent communicator & persuasive communicator
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and self‑motivated
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
