 MD, ML, COG - JOB VACANCY


FINE HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL CENTRE 

is looking for 04 Clinical officers or MLs and 02 Fully Registered Medical Doctors. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PATIENT CARE

1. Conducting medical examinations and taking patient histories. 

2. Diagnosing illnesses and developing treatment plans. 

3. Prescribing medications and administering appropriate medical interventions. 

4. Performing routine medical and surgical procedures. 

5. Providing primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. 


 DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

1. Ordering and interpreting medical tests. 

2. Referring patients to specialists when necessary. 

3. Adhering to national treatment protocols and guidelines. 


 COMMUNITY HEALTH 

1. Implementing community healthcare activities. 

2. Guiding and counseling patients and staff on health issues. 


 RECORD KEEPING AND REPORTING

1. Maintaining accurate patient records. 

2. Preparing reports to facilitate decision-making. 


 OTHER DUTIES 

1. Participating in research related to clinical care. 

2. Ensuring compliance with safety, HPCZ and infection control protocols. 

3. Supervising and supporting other healthcare staff. 


 ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

1. Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills.

2. Strong knowledge on drugs especially brand names found in private medical facilities. No guess work. 

3. Ability to perform physical examinations and interpret medical tests.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively within a team.

6. Adherence to ethical and professional standards.

7. Understanding of national treatment guidelines and protocols.

8. Knowledge of relevant laboratory and imaging investigations.

9. Ability to provide health education and counseling. 

10. You should have a strong entrepreneurship mindset. 


REQUIREMENTS 

1. A grade 12 results 

2. Registered with HPCZ with a Practicing Certificate 

3. Diploma - COGs

4. Degree ML

5. MBChB - MD

6. 2 years working experience
