Senior Accountant


Position Overview:


As a Senior Accountant, the candidate will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to maintain financial health and integrity.


Key Responsibilities:


    Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts

    Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

    Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes

    Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

    Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

    Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting systems

    Provide insights and analysis to support business decisions and budgeting


Qualifications & Requirements:


    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA certified preferred)

    Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics or related sector

    Strong knowledge of tax regulations

    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Any account package)

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    High level of integrity and attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment


ACCOUNTS ASSITANT


Position Overview:


Tyche Global Logistics Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely financial reporting, and assisting with daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with foundational accounting experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment.


Key Responsibilities:


    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

    Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions

    Maintain and update financial records and general ledger entries

    Conduct monthly bank reconciliations

    Support preparation for audits and assist with tax filings

    Post journal entries and assist in closing procedures

    Help monitor budgets and financial performance metrics

    Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures


Required Qualifications & Skills:


    Diploma in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

    2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)

    High attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Good interpersonal and communication abilities

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
