1. Social Media Marketer/Content Creator 


A. PURPOSE 

The social media marketer and content creator will be responsible for day to day managing of all social media platforms and shall Report to the Managing Director or as assigned. 


B. MAIN ROLES

• Manage all social media pages and websites of Oasis Oil Limited. 

• Grow and raise awareness of all products and services using various technologies.  

• Developing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms. 

• Tracking social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement. 

• Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. 

• Ensure brand consistency. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management. 


C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  

• A Diploma in any Marketing, Information Technology or any related field, Bachelor’s Degree or better will be an added advantage. 

• Atleast 3-5 years minimum years of Experience in managing Oil Marketing,

D. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 


• Able to use latest Technology including AI tools. 

• Innovative and creative. 

• Ability to use cameras to capture images and videos. 

• Ability to create capturing content and graphics designs both images and videos. 

• Both sound and video editing knowledge and skills. 

• High level of integrity.

2. Personal Assistant (PA) 


A. PURPOSE 


The Personal Assistant shall be responsible for maintaining Day to Day activities and schedules for the Managing Director. 


B. MAIN ROLES  


• Keep the timely and daily schedules and tasks of the Managing Director. 

• Prepare and take minutes of meetings and discussions, as assigned by the Managing Director. 

• Proper record keeping and filing of necessary and important documents. 

• Scheduling appointments and meetings. 

• Keep track and respond to both the company and Managing Director’s emails.  

• Prepare letters and any other formal communications for the Managing Director. 

• Perform other such administrative and secretarial functions for the Managing Director. 


C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  


• Member of relevant institutions. 

• A Higher Certificate or Diploma in Secretariate or related field, any higher qualifications shall be an added advantage. 

• Atleast 5 years minimum years of Experience a similar role especially working with Top Management. 


D. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 


• Computer literate in use of Microsoft word, excel and etc. 

• Excellent time management skills. 

• Mature and sober minded. 

• High level of integrity and confidentiality. 

• Not less than 30 years of age. 

• Preferably females shall be given priority.

3. Administrative Assistant-Human Resource Department. 


A. PURPOSE 

The Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for executing Day to Day activities as assigned by the Human Resource Manager. 


B. MAIN ROLES  


• Keep of day-to-day attendance registers. 

• Maintain leave and other such records. 

• Maintain proper filing of documents and other files both physical and soft copies. 

• Prepare letters and Memos. 

• Keep accurate data in employee files. 

• Able to use HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, track attendance, and generate accurate reports. 

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. 

• Responding to employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between employees and the HR Manager. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 


C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  


D. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 


• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Administration. 

• Atleast Affiliate level Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM). 

• Atleast 3 years of experience in a similar role.  

• Computer literate in use of Microsoft word, excel and etc. 

• Familiar with basic HR principles and practices. 

• Sound communication skills. 

• Attention to Detail.

4. Motorbike Rider. 


A. PURPOSE 

The Motor Bike Rider shall be responsible for timely deliveries and collections of company documents from and to various clients and institutions within Lusaka. 


B. MAIN ROLES  


• To run various company errands. 

• Timely delivery of documents to and from the company. 

• Ensure documents are delivered to the correct address. 

• Verify documents or items before collecting.

 

C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

 

• Valid Motor Bike License. 

• Grade 12 Certificate. 

• Experience with various models of Motor Bikes. 

• Atleast 5 years of experience in motor bike cycling. 


D. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 


• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English language. 

• Good geo-navigation skills. 

• Smart looking.  

• Familiar with Lusaka routes and distances.
