As we continue to grow, we are looking for a well-presented, proactive, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Research Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
2. Manage all incoming calls, route inquiries to the correct departments, and maintain a professional and helpful telephone manner.
3. Coordinate front office operations, including document handling, filing, and general administrative support.
4.Assist with preparing documents such as client quotations, correspondence, research briefs, and internal reports.
5. Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records of client interactions, schedules, and internal communications.
6. Support the consulting team with basic online research, data entry, and scheduling follow-ups.
7. Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all company matters.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Full Grade 12 Certificate
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
2. 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role is an added advantage
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research tools
4. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
6. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
7. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in a dynamic work environment
8. High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
