 SECRETARY JOB OPENING:

Are you passionate about serving the Lord and helping prophetic ministers and leaders with administrative tasks? Spirit Life Intl Church Of GOD and Exela Movers Supplies Ltd are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prophetic Secretary to join our team!

Job Summary:

As a Prophetic Secretary, you'll provide administrative support to our prophetic ministers and leaders, manage schedules, and help facilitate communication. You'll also work closely with our business team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to prophetic ministers and leaders

- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence

- Facilitate communication between ministry and business teams

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

Qualifications:

1. Administrative experience

2. Strong organizational and time management skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Theological education or ministry experience

2. Administrative certifications (CAP or CS)

3. Experience working in a business or corporate setting

5. Able to work from one country to another (with occasional office visits)

- A servant's heart, willing to support and facilitate the prophetic anointing
