1. Fuel Attendants (10)


Key Responsibilities


Fuel Dispensing & Transactions:


 Accurately operate fuel pumps and manage financial transactions.

Verify fuel orders and ensure precise dispensing in line with company protocols.

Customer Service:


 Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

 Answer customer inquiries regarding fuel products, pricing, and station services.

Safety & Compliance:


 Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures related to fuel handling.

 Conduct routine safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:


 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuelling area and surrounding premises.

 Monitor fuel levels and coordinate with management for timely resupply.

Record Keeping:


 Accurately document transactions, fuel deliveries, and any incidents.

 Assist in maintaining inventory records and managing fuel stock levels.

2. Shift Supervisors (2)


Key Responsibilities


Supervise staff during assigned shifts

 Ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Handle customer queries or complaints during the shift.

 Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

 Ensure staff follow procedures and safety rules.

 Report incidents or issues to the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Experience


 Grade 12 Certificate.

 Exceptional Time Management, Leadership Skill and the ability to prioritize work.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

 Fluency in English.

3. Cashiers (5)


Key Responsibilities


 Process purchases accurately using point-of-sale systems.

 Handle cash, card, and mobile money transactions.

 Balance tills and reconcile daily sales.

 Provide receipts, refunds, or exchanges per policy.

 Deliver excellent customer service at checkouts.

Qualifications and Experience


 Grade 12 (twelve) certificate with at least two distinctions.

 Between the age 18 – 26 years.

 Strong customer service and communication skills.

 Fluency in English.

4. Sales Assistants (9)


Key Responsibilities


 Assist customers with product selection and purchases.

 Provide information on promotions, offers, and product details.

 Arrange and replenish products on shelves.

 Deliver excellent customer service.

 Support stock management and store operations.

Qualifications and Experience


 Grade 12 (twelve) certificate with at least two distinctions.

 Between the age 18 – 26 years.

 Strong customer service and communication skills.

 Fluency in English.

5. Chefs (9)


Key Responsibilities


 Prepare, cook, and present meals.

 Ensure strict food safety and hygiene practices.

 Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages.

 Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

 Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Qualifications and Experience


 Grade 12 (twelve) certificate with at least two distinctions.

 Between the age 18 – 26 years.

 Strong customer service and communication skills.

 Fluency in English.

 Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

 Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.

 


6. Cleaners (5)


Key Responsibilities


 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of store, kitchen, and customer areas.

 Empty bins and dispose of waste properly.

 Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.

 Ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and customers.

 Report maintenance or repair issues to management.

 


Qualifications and Experience


 Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.

 Above the age of 28 years.

 Able to keep a clean environment.

 Ability to pay attention to detail.
