Lubasi Home Trust is seeking a compassionate and qualified Counsellor to join its dedicated team in Livingstone. The role focuses on promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of children under care.

✅ Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Psycho-social Counselling.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the facility Coordinator to ensure child welfare.
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for children.
• Provide counselling for guardians when needed.
• Keep accurate records of all counselling sessions.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Founder/Coordinator.
• Offer motherly care and emotional support to children.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Founder/Coordinator.
