🎯 Position Summary

The Security Guards will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of staff, clients, and company property. The position demands vigilance, integrity, and commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

🛡️ Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections around the facility.
  • Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records, including incident reports and daily security logs.
  • Assist during emergencies and enforce company safety procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

✅ Qualifications and Requirements

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar security role.
  • Physically fit, alert, and observant with strong situational awareness.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate environments is an added advantage.
