Position: Assistant Sales Persons
Zamfresh is looking for motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Persons to support sales operations, assist customers, and contribute to business growth through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate information
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
- Support the sales team in meeting targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Process sales transactions efficiently
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum five credits, including English)
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (added advantage)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
