Ghemes Enterprises Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Experience & Sales Assistant.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support customers in-store with product advice and assistance
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the showroom remains tidy
- Help customers find suitable solutions for kitchens and wardrobes
- Follow company sales processes and brand standards
- Deliver a friendly and professional customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Work comfortably with Excel and basic computer systems
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
