1. Head of Operations (1 Position)
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate departments, implement strategies, and ensure smooth running of all programs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in operations or management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
2. Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Responsibilities: Promote centre programs, develop marketing strategies, and increase visibility and enrolment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in marketing and promotion
- Strong communication and digital marketing skills
3. Tele-Sales and Data Capturing Clerk (3 Positions)
Responsibilities: Generate leads, promote services, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate data and records.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in IT, Secretarial Studies, Sales, or Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good typing skills
- Attention to detail
4. Marketer (Apartments)
Responsibilities: Promote and market apartments, attract potential tenants, and implement marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Based in Woodlands, Chalala, Chilenje, or Kabwata
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
