Western Water Supply and Sanitation Company (WWSC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Data Collectors across multiple districts.

• Mongu (5), Sesheke (3), Senanga (3), Kaoma (3)
• Kalabo (2), Lukulu (2), Limulunga (1), Namushakende (1)
• Shangombo (1), Mwandi (1), Katima (1), Muoyo (1)
• Sichili (1), Munkuye (1), Kalumwange (1), Luampa (1), Nkeyema (1)

Job Purpose:
To conduct physical inspection of households to verify water supply connections and ensure all customers are captured and registered according to company policy.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with credit in Mathematics and English

Other Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet targets
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
• Knowledge of the local area is an added advantage

Age Requirement:
20 to 35 years

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inspections of households and premises
• Identify and record customers not captured on the billing system
• Verify and update customer details and account information
• Capture and record data accurately
• Identify illegal connections and report findings
• Prepare and submit reports
• Work closely with billing and customer service teams
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned
