ACAMM'S Lodge, a growing hospitality establishment located in Roma, Lusaka, invites suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
Available Positions:
1. Accountant (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations
- Assist management with financial planning and decision-making
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ZICA/ACCA/CIMA is an added advantage
- Proven experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Honest, analytical, and detail-oriented
2. Chef (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality meals in line with lodge standards
- Plan menus and manage food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor food stock levels and kitchen supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Production or related field
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Good leadership and kitchen management skills
- Creative and passionate about food preparation
3. Bartender (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock and report shortages
- Ensure responsible beverage service
Requirements:
- Experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Honest, energetic, and well-presented
- Knowledge of beverages and cocktails is an added advantage
4. Waiters/Waitresses (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Experience in hospitality/customer service is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart appearance and positive attitude
