The Administration Officer will provide administrative support to ZAL Elevators Limited, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration tasks (filing, correspondence, data entry)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, mail)
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Manage employee records (updates, filing, etc.)
  • Prepare minutes during board meetings and AGM
  • Manage bid requirements and tender processes
  • Coordinate renewals and compliance for EIZ, NCC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Track contract expiry and renewals, ensuring timely updates and notifications
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and office software
  • Strong customer service skills
