Orbit Shock & Strut Solutions is looking for a motivated Shop Assistant to support retail operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Description:

Coordinate courier deliveries and track outgoing shipments
Assist walk-in customers with identifying suitable suspension parts
Manage sales transactions and provide accurate quotations
Handle stock receiving, organization, and inventory tracking
Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient shop environment

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual
Basic knowledge or interest in automotive parts
Physically fit and able to lift heavy components
Strong communication and customer service skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics or willingness to learn
Excellent communication and customer-first attitude
Attention to detail in handling inventory and part numbers
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Strong work ethic and reliability
