Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. The company seeks to recruit qualified, highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:
Available Positions:
1) Production Shift Engineers (3 Positions)
Job Overview:
The Production Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production processes to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise and support production staff during shifts
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare shift reports and maintain production records
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Engineering or related field
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering is an added advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
2) Water Treatment Operators (2 Positions)
Job Overview:
Responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment systems to ensure safe and efficient water supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate water treatment equipment and systems
- Monitor water quality and perform routine testing
- Maintain accurate operational records
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience in water treatment operations is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes
3) Welder (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Inspect welded structures for quality
- Maintain welding equipment
- Follow safety procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Welding and Fabrication
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
4) Fitter (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain mechanical equipment
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
- Ensure proper fitting of components
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
- Experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage
5) Mechanical Shift Engineer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities
- Ensure timely repairs of equipment
- Plan preventive maintenance
- Monitor equipment performance
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma/Degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
6) Electrical Shift Engineer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Monitor electrical systems performance
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
- Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma/Degree is an added advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience
