JOB OPPORTUNITY – Truck Driver

Position: Truck Driver

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote, Zambia Only

Salary: ZMW 5.58k / month

Job Purpose:

To operate a truck and trailer to deliver cargo to company-contracted client sites while complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods over intercity routes or sometimes across multiple countries
• Load, handle, and transport heavy cargo safely
• Complete and verify paperwork for assigned cargo
• Deliver loads with attention to customer service and safety
• Adhere to laws for commercial vehicles and all SADC traffic regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 9 / 12 School Certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with reputable companies
• Valid CE driver’s license (Class ‘G’)
• Valid Defensive Driving Certificate (ENAC preferred)
• Medically fit with a clean driving record
• Able to pass random drug tests

Work Hours: 8 hours

Experience: 36 months

Come to the USTAD TRUCKING YARD located in Industrial Area, Off Mumbwa Road for vetting and scheduled physical driving tests.
