Tim Motors Zambia Limited, established in 2018, is an authorized distributor of SINOTRUK in Zambia. The company specializes in the sale and rental of heavy- and light-duty vehicles, construction machinery, heavy equipment, and spare parts, supported by reliable after-sales services.

Available Positions:

1. Panel Beaters (2 Positions)

  • Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies
  • Inspect vehicles and assess repair needs
  • Prepare surfaces and perform spray painting
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
  • Use specialized tools for bodywork repairs

Requirements:

  • Craft Certificate in Panel Beating or Auto-Body Repair
  • 2–3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of spray painting and repair techniques
  • Truck repair experience is an added advantage

2. Finance Assistant (1 Position)

  • Maintain financial records and process invoices
  • Handle expense claims and support audits
  • Update financial systems and assist with reporting
  • Support budgeting processes

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Relevant experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail

3. Sales Assistants (2 Positions)

  • Promote and sell vehicles and machinery
  • Identify business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Conduct market research and presentations
  • Follow up on leads and close sales

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in vehicle or equipment sales
  • Strong communication and marketing skills
  • Knowledge of the Zambian market

4. Kitchen Assistant (1 Position)

  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Support kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Certificate in food production or catering
  • Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
