The Back Burner Restaurant Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Answer customer questions about menu items and process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card, and mobile money payments
- Issue receipts and process phone orders
- Upsell menu items where applicable
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Support other departments during peak hours
- Open and close the cash register
- Handle daily cash reconciliation and manage floats
- Follow food handling and hygiene standards
