The Back Burner Restaurant Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and process transactions accurately
  • Handle cash, card, and mobile money payments
  • Issue receipts and process phone orders
  • Upsell menu items where applicable
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized
  • Support other departments during peak hours
  • Open and close the cash register
  • Handle daily cash reconciliation and manage floats
  • Follow food handling and hygiene standards

Preference:
