Available Positions:
- Principal / Director (1 Position)
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in educational management.
- TEVETA Institutional Leadership training (or willingness to undertake).
- Registered with TEVETA as the Responsible Officer. - Deputy Principal / Academic Dean (1 Position)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant academic field.
- Diploma in Education Management (advantage).
- Minimum 3 years in academic administration or teaching.
- TEVETA registration as Trainer or Assessor (preferred). - ICT Lecturer (4 Position)
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Diploma in Teaching Methodology / Education (mandatory for TEVETA compliance).
- TEVETA Trainer Registration Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching or industry experience in ICT.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are an added advantage. - Computer Lab Assistant (2 Position)
- Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering, Hardware Technology, or IT Support.
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or lab management.
- TEVETA Trainer/Assessor Registration (assistant level, preferred). - Academic Registrar (1 Position)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education Administration or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in academic records management.
- Knowledge of TEVETA registration and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - Admissions Officer (1 Position)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Education.
- Knowledge of TEVETA entry requirements and NQF levels.
- Minimum 1 year experience in student admissions or customer service.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - Examinations Officer (1 Position)
- Diploma or Degree in Education Administration or Statistics.
- Knowledge of TEVETA examination regulations and procedures.
- Experience in handling confidential documents and academic records.
- Training in examination coordination (added advantage).
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) (1 Position)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Educational Management.
- TEVETA IQA Training Certificate (mandatory).
- Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in education, training, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of CBET framework and NQF Level descriptors. - Industrial Attachment Coordinator (2 Position)
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Business Administration, or Education.
- Knowledge of TEVETA industrial attachment requirements.
- Strong industry networks in the ICT sector.
- Minimum 1 year in liaison or coordination roles.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - Finance / Accounts Officer (1 Position)
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ZICA qualification (Part or Full).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks).
- ZICA membership (added advantage). - Human Resources Officer (1 Position)
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) membership (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience.
- Knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws and Employment Act. - Library / Resource Officer (1 Position)
- Diploma in Library and Information Science or Records Management.
- Knowledge of cataloguing and resource management systems.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a library or resource centre.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - Health & Safety Officer (2 Position)
- Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Valid and current First Aid Certificate.
- Knowledge of Zambia’s Health and Safety at Work regulations.
- Can be an existing staff member assigned and trained for this role.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage - General Administrator / Secretary (1 Position)
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits.
- Minimum 1 year office administration experience.
- Valid TEVETA Accreditation is an add Advantage
IMPORTANT TEVETA NOTES
All teaching and assessment staff (Positions 1–4 and 8) must be registered with TEVETA as Trainers or Assessors. Applicants without registration must provide proof that it is in progress—TEVETA will not accredit programmes with unregistered lead trainers.
