Are you a young person with a passion for leadership, governance, and creating positive change in your community?

The Mwaka Nawila Foundation (MNF) is inviting applications for the position of Board Secretary. *Board Member must be Kitwe based for this role* 

This opportunity is open to adolescents and young people aged 15 to 25 years who are eager to contribute to an organization advancing the wellbeing of children, adolescents, women, and youth.

Who should apply?

• Residents of Kitwe District aged 15–25 years.

• Individuals with an interest in leadership, governance, and community engagement.

• Strong communicators with good organizational skills.

• Young people who value professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate records of board proceedings.

• Supporting quarterly advisory board meetings.

• Facilitating communication between board members and stakeholders.

• Promoting transparency and ensuring community voices are represented.
