KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Beverage Preparation

2. Sales and Revenue Generation

The employee shall actively promote and sell all products available within the café.

The employee shall actively seek opportunities to increase sales rather than waiting for customers to request products.

5. Product Knowledge

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products used at the café, bakery and products sold by the café.

6. Cash Handling

7. Food Safety & Hygiene

Ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
