Job Title: Elite Technician – Eezy Track

Role Overview:Eezy Track Company, a leader in advanced vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, is seeking an Elite Technician to join our high‑performance team. As an Elite Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering world‑class service and ensuring our clients benefit from the most reliable and secure tracking systems available.

Location/ Branches: Solwezi, Choma and Kabwe

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Device Installation: Expert installation and configuration of tracking devices and related hardware.

System Optimization: Perform advanced diagnostics, upgrades, and fine‑tuning of tracking systems for peak performance.

Specialized Technical Support: Provide high‑level on‑site and remote support, resolving complex technical issues.

Innovative Problem Solving: Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to deliver swift and effective solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure installations and repairs meet elite standards of accuracy, safety, and reliability.

Client Empowerment: Train and mentor clients on advanced system use, maximizing efficiency and security.

Required Competencies

Expert Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electronics, GPS systems, ICT networking, and system integration.

Precision and Detail: Elite accuracy in wiring, installations, and reporting.

Leadership in Service: Ability to set standards and mentor junior technicians.

Adaptability: Thrive in diverse environments and respond effectively to urgent service calls.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electronics, ICT, or Electrical Mechanics.

Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in technical support, installations, or tracking systems.

Demonstrated record of elite performance in technical roles.

Valid driver’s license.
