PLATINUM COURIER SERVICES is seeking to recruit 45 loaders, 50 cashiers/customer service assistants throughout Zambia.

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to the organization.

SKILLS

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English and a commonly spoken local language

- Highly organized, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving

- Experience in customer service roles (customer care, direct sales, relationship management, etc.)

- Proficient computer skills

- Attention to detail and commitment to service quality

- Empathetic, patient, and capable of working effectively under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS

- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate is required for loader positions.

- A minimum of a Diploma is required for cashiers and customer service assistants.

- Business and accounting courses is an added advantage.

- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
