HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
City Specialist Clinic is seeking a proactive, people-oriented, and highly organized Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees, strengthening workplace culture, and implementing effective HR practices that contribute to organizational success.
📍 Location: Ndola & Kitwe
Regular presence will be required at both branches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and employee development programmes.
- Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Administer HR policies and support regulatory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR planning.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration. (Healthcare experience is an added advantage.)
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A positive, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.
