* 3–5 years’ experience in cocktails, mocktails, and coffee preparation

* Strong knowledge of coffee making, mixology of cocktails and mocktails and, bar service standards

* Excellent customer service skills

2. Restaurant Manager x1

* 5+ years’ proven management experience in a busy dining environment

* Skilled in team leadership, stock management, and customer satisfaction

* Ability to drive service excellence and maintain high operational standards

3. Assistant Chef x2 (Specialty: Indian, Chinese, Western/Continental cuisine and knowledge of Tandoori)

* 5+ years’ expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori dishes.

* Ability to prepare authentic menus with consistency and creativity.

* Strong knowledge of spices, sauces, and specialty cooking techniques.

4. Waitress / Waiter x4

* 3+ years’ service experience in a restaurant or café.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Professional, attentive, and team-oriented
